Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 August 2026

Welcome to Jully Sttenphord.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of jullysttenphord.store, including any purchases made through our online store.

Throughout these Terms, "Jully Sttenphord", "we", "us" and "our" refer to Jully Sttenphord. "You", "your" and "customer" refer to any person accessing our website or purchasing products from us.

By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

Nothing in these Terms excludes, restricts or otherwise affects any statutory rights that you have under applicable UK consumer law.

1. About Us

Trading name: Jully Sttenphord
Website: jullysttenphord.store
Email: sales@jullysttenphord.store

Further legally required business information, including the trader's geographical address and, where applicable, company registration and VAT information, must be provided on the website as required by law.

2. Eligibility

By placing an order through our website, you confirm that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract.

If you are purchasing on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm that you have authority to act on its behalf.

3. Products

We aim to ensure that all product descriptions, photographs, measurements, colours, materials, specifications and other information displayed on our website are accurate and clear.

Images are provided to represent our products as accurately as reasonably possible. However, colours may appear slightly different depending on your device, display settings and lighting conditions.

Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights where a product is not as described, not of satisfactory quality or not fit for purpose.

4. Product Availability

All products are subject to availability.

Adding a product to your basket does not reserve that product.

If a product becomes unavailable after you have placed an order, we will contact you and, where we cannot fulfil the order, refund the relevant amount paid.

We will not substitute an unavailable product with another materially different product without your agreement.

5. Prices

Prices displayed on our website will be shown clearly and will include applicable taxes where required.

Any mandatory charges that can reasonably be calculated in advance will be presented clearly in accordance with applicable law.

Delivery charges, where applicable, will be disclosed before you place your order.

We may change our prices from time to time. A price change will not normally affect an order for which a binding contract has already been formed.

If an obvious pricing error occurs, we will contact you before dispatch where reasonably possible and explain the available options. Nothing in this provision permits us to change an agreed price arbitrarily after a binding contract has been formed.

6. Payment

Available payment methods will be displayed during checkout.

You agree to provide current, complete and accurate billing and payment information.

By submitting payment information, you confirm that you are authorised to use the selected payment method.

Any optional additional charges will only be applied where you have expressly agreed to them.

The final amount payable will be shown before you place your order.

7. Placing an Order

Before submitting your order, you will have an opportunity to review the products selected, quantities, delivery information and applicable charges and to correct errors.

When placing an order, you are making an offer to purchase the products in your basket.

After receiving your order, we will provide an electronic acknowledgement or confirmation.

The point at which a legally binding contract is formed will depend on the wording and checkout process presented to you when ordering. Our order communications will make the status of your order clear.

We reserve the right to decline an order for legitimate reasons, including product unavailability, inability to authorise payment, suspected fraud or where fulfilling the transaction would be unlawful.

Any such right will be exercised fairly and consistently with applicable consumer law.

8. Order Confirmation

After an order has been accepted, we will provide confirmation in a durable form, such as email, containing or making available the relevant contractual information.

Please check your confirmation carefully and contact us promptly if you believe any information is incorrect.

9. Shipping and Delivery

We currently offer the following delivery options where available:

Express Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–8 business days
Shipping fee: Paid

Standard Shipping
Estimated delivery: 5–12 business days
Shipping fee: Free

The applicable delivery option and any charge will be shown during checkout.

Delivery estimates are estimates unless we expressly agree to a specific delivery deadline with you.

We will fulfil orders within the period agreed with you and in accordance with applicable consumer law.

Additional information is available in our Shipping Policy.

10. Delivery Address

You are responsible for providing accurate and complete delivery information.

Please review your address carefully before submitting your order.

If you notice an error after placing your order, contact us as soon as possible at:

sales@jullysttenphord.store

We will make reasonable efforts to assist where the order has not yet been dispatched, but we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed once fulfilment or delivery has begun.

Nothing in this section limits our responsibilities where a delivery problem is caused by us or by a carrier acting on our behalf.

11. Risk and Ownership

Responsibility for goods will transfer in accordance with applicable UK consumer law.

Where we arrange delivery to you, the goods generally remain at our risk until they come into the physical possession of you or a person identified by you to take possession of them, subject to any applicable statutory exceptions.

Ownership of the goods will pass in accordance with the applicable contract and law.

12. Cancellation Rights

Consumers purchasing goods online generally have a statutory right to cancel eligible purchases without giving a reason.

For most eligible goods, you have 14 days from receiving the goods to notify us that you wish to cancel.

After notifying us of your cancellation, you will generally have a further 14 days to return the goods.

Certain statutory exceptions may apply, including to some personalised products and certain sealed products that are unsuitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons once unsealed.

For full details, please read our Return & Refund Policy.

Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory cancellation rights.

13. Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy and applicable UK consumer law.

Where you validly exercise a statutory cancellation right, refunds will be processed within the applicable statutory time limits.

Where legally applicable, the refund will include the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered by us.

Additional amounts paid for an upgraded or express delivery service above the standard delivery cost may not be refundable where the law permits.

14. Faulty or Misdescribed Goods

Products supplied to consumers must comply with applicable UK consumer law.

Among other requirements, goods must be of satisfactory quality, fit for purpose where applicable and as described.

If you receive a faulty, damaged, incorrect or materially misdescribed product, please contact:

sales@jullysttenphord.store

Your remedies may include a refund, repair, replacement or price reduction depending on the circumstances and applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or restricts those statutory rights.

15. Promotions and Discount Codes

From time to time, we may offer promotions or discount codes.

Any specific conditions applicable to a promotion will be communicated clearly.

Unless otherwise stated, promotional codes cannot be exchanged for cash.

Promotional conditions do not affect your statutory consumer rights.

We will not use promotions, countdowns, scarcity claims or pricing information in a way that is false or misleading.

16. Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the website and its original content, including our branding, graphics, website design, text and other materials created for Jully Sttenphord, are owned by or licensed to Jully Sttenphord and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may use our website for your personal, non-commercial use.

You must not reproduce, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from protected website materials without the relevant rights holder's permission, except where permitted by law.

Third-party trademarks, names and other intellectual property remain the property of their respective owners.

17. Acceptable Use

You must not intentionally misuse our website.

In particular, you must not:

  • Use the website for unlawful or fraudulent purposes;

  • Attempt to gain unauthorised access to the website, servers or related systems;

  • Introduce malicious software, viruses or other harmful technology;

  • Interfere with the security or normal operation of the website;

  • Use automated systems in a manner that materially disrupts our services;

  • Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity; or

  • Use the website in a manner that infringes another person's rights.

We may take proportionate action to protect our website, customers and systems from misuse.

18. Third-Party Services

Our website may use third-party services for functions such as payments, delivery, analytics or other operational purposes.

Where you interact directly with a third-party service, that provider may have its own applicable terms and privacy practices.

Nothing in these Terms excludes responsibility that cannot lawfully be excluded.

19. External Links

Our website may contain links to third-party websites.

We are not responsible for the content or availability of websites that we do not operate.

The inclusion of a link does not necessarily constitute our endorsement of that third party.

Please review the terms and privacy policies of external websites before using them.

20. Website Availability

We aim to keep our website available and functioning properly, but uninterrupted availability cannot be guaranteed.

We may temporarily suspend or restrict access where reasonably necessary for maintenance, security, technical problems or circumstances outside our reasonable control.

We will exercise any such rights reasonably and will not use this provision to avoid our obligations under existing consumer contracts.

21. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability where doing so would be unlawful.

In particular, nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude or restrict liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or any liability or consumer right that cannot legally be excluded or restricted.

For consumers, we are responsible for losses that are a foreseeable result of our breach of these Terms or our failure to use reasonable care and skill, subject to applicable law.

We are not responsible for losses that are not legally attributable to our breach.

If you use products purchased from us primarily for commercial or business purposes, different legal rules may apply.

22. Events Outside Our Reasonable Control

We will not be responsible for delay or failure to perform an obligation where the delay or failure is caused by circumstances genuinely outside our reasonable control, to the extent permitted by law.

We will take reasonable steps to minimise the effects of such circumstances.

Your statutory rights, including rights that may arise from significant delivery delays or non-performance, remain unaffected.

23. Privacy and Personal Data

Personal information collected through our website will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy and applicable data protection law.

Please review our Privacy Policy for information about how personal information is collected, used, retained and otherwise processed.

24. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time to reflect changes to our services, business practices or applicable legal requirements.

The Terms applicable to an individual purchase will generally be those presented to you when the relevant contract was formed, unless a change is required by law or you validly agree otherwise.

We will not use this provision to retrospectively make unfair changes to an existing consumer contract.

25. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is determined to be unlawful, invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be treated accordingly without unnecessarily affecting the remaining provisions.

Any mandatory statutory rights will continue to apply.

26. No Waiver

If we delay exercising a right or remedy under these Terms, this does not necessarily mean that we have waived that right or remedy.

27. Governing Law and Consumer Rights

These Terms and contracts made through our website are subject to applicable law.

Nothing in these Terms is intended to deprive a consumer of mandatory protections available under the law that applies to them.

Where UK consumer law applies to your purchase, your rights under that law remain unaffected.

Any jurisdiction provision applied by Jully Sttenphord will not remove a consumer's right to rely on mandatory jurisdictional protections that cannot lawfully be excluded.

28. Complaints

If you have a complaint concerning an order, product or our service, please contact us at:

sales@jullysttenphord.store

Please provide your name, order number and a clear description of the issue.

We will aim to review complaints fairly and respond within a reasonable period.

29. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with the policies and information incorporated into your purchase, form the contractual terms applicable to your transaction, subject always to your statutory rights.

Nothing in this section excludes representations or information that legally form part of the contract or any liability for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation.

30. Statutory Rights

Nothing in these Terms is intended to exclude, restrict or misrepresent your statutory consumer rights.

Where a provision of these Terms conflicts with a mandatory requirement of applicable consumer law, the mandatory legal requirement will prevail.
